CHAPTER 33 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 436, PUBLIC-LOCAL LAWS, SESSION 1923, BY EXCEPTING GASTON COUNTY THERE- FROM. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratifieation. Ratified this the 19th day of August, A.D. 1924
