CHAPTER 100 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF LATREL PARK IN HENDERSON COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the clerk, treasurer and regular policemen shall be appointed by the commissioners, and all special policemen shall be appointed by the mayor.
