CHAPTER 146 AN ACT TO EXPEND THE FUNDS DERIVED FROM THE SALE OF THE TOWN COMMONS OF BATH FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE BATH HIGH SCHOOL IN BHAU- FORT COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 6th day of March, A.D. 1925
