CHAPTER 27 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 116, PUBLIC LAWS, EXTRA SESSION 1924, TO PERMIT THE SALE OF PAREGORIC, ETC., BY GENERAL MERCHANTS IN McDOWELL COUNTY, AND ONSLOW COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That section one, chapter one hundred and sixteen of the Public Laws, extra session, nineteen hundred and twentyfour, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the proviso at the end thereof.
