CHAPTER 1 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 4173, CHAPTER 82 OF THE CONSOLIDATED STATUTES RELATING TO THE PUNISHMENT OF CERTAIN MISDEMEANORS The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
1 That section four thousand one hundred and seventy-three, chapter eighty-two, of the Consolidated Statutes of North Carolina be amended by inserting after the word “jail” and before the word “for” in line five of said section the following words “or State prison.”
