CHAPTER 268 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 1461 OF THE CONSOLI- DATED STATUTES RELATING TO COURT STENO- GRAPHERS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That section one thousand, four hundred and sixty-one of the Consolidated Statutes of North Carolina, article eight, volume three, be amended as follows: In line thirty-two after the word Person and before the word Transylvania strike out the word Surry.
