CHAPTER 345 AN ACT TO RAISE REVENUE The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: ARTICLE I. Schedule A. INHERITANCE TAX
When Increases Operative. In all instances in which the taxes are increased or decreased under Schedules B and C of this act, and which shall become due between the ratification of this act and the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-nine, such increase or decrease shall become operative only from and after the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twentynine.
