CHAPTER 346 AN ACT TO AMEND HOUSE BILL NO. 326, SENATE BILL NO. 975, ENTITLED AN ACT PROHIBITING THE COM- MISSIONERS OF BUNCOMBE COUNTY AND THE CITY OF ASHEVILLE FROM ISSUING BONDS WITHOUT A VOTE OF THE PEOPLE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this act be and the same are hereby repealed.
