CHAPTER 3 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY-ONE, PRIVATE LAWS OF ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN, FOR THE RE- LIEF OF CERTAIN CITIZENS OF THE INCORPORATED TOWN OF BENTON HEIGHTS, UNION COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force and effect from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 30th day of January, A.D., 1931
