CHAPTER 368 =. AN ACT SUPPLEMENTAL TO HOUSE BILL ONE THOU- SAND ND ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN, THE SAME 2 ING A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO AP- POINT 3 JUSTICES OF THE PEACE FOR THE SEVERAL SOUNTIES OF NORTH CAROLINA, RATIFIED ON THE TWENTY-FOURTH DAY OF APRIL, ONE THOU- SAND NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-ONE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That section one of House Bill one thousand one hundred and eighteen, ratified April twenty-fourth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, be and the same is ereby amended by adding under the heading Cleveland County the following: or Number Four TownshipJ. M. McGinnis (for two years). Number Ten TownshipJ. H. Costner, John T. Warlick, M. N. Gantt (for two years). Sec. 2 That this act shall be in force and effect from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 6th day of May, A. D. 1981
