CHAPTER 1 AN ACT TO CREATE A CIVIL SERVICE BOARD FOR THE CITY OF ASHEVILLE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
All names on the eligibility list which have remained on said list for a period of two years shall be stricken therefrom, unless the applicant shall file a new application.
