CHAPTER 393 AN ACT TO PROMOTE TEMPERANCE AND PROSPERITY, AND TO ENCOURAGE THE GROWING OF GRAPES, FRUITS AND BERRIES IN NORTH CAROLINA; TO LEG- ALIZE THE MAKING AND SELLING OF LIGHT DO- MESTIC WINES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The Commissioner of Agriculture shall promulgate and publish such reasonable rules and regulations, with the approval of the Governor, for the regulation of such wineries as may be established, and such rules and regulations shall have the force and effect of laws, after the same have been approved by the Governor.
