CHAPTER 455 AN ACT TO AMEND HOUSE BILL NUMBER ONE THOU- SAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX, THE OMNIBUS JUS- TICE OF THE PEACE BILL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That House Bill number one thousand two hundred fifty-six, known as the Omnibus Justice of the Peace Bill, be amended by adding under Franklin County the following: Youngsville Township, W. C. Perry; Cypress Creek Township, T. A. Moore.
