CHAPTER 1 AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER TWENTY-FOUR, PRI- VATE LAWS OF ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE, RELATIVE TO PAYMENT OF TAXES WITH BONDS IN THE TOWN OF SYLVA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That Chapter twenty-four, Private Laws of one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
