CHAPTER 615 AN ACT TO AMEND HOUSE BILL NUMBER NINE HUN- DRED FORTY-SIX, SAME BEING AN ACT DESIG- NATING FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF FORSYTH COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, SAID ACT HAVING BEEN RATI- FIED BY THE ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEM- BLY OF NORTH CAROLINA ON THE THIRTIETH DAY OF MARCH, ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 4th day of April, 1939 H. B. 1147
