CHAPTER 378 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SIX OF THE CONSOLIDATED STATUTES OF NORTH CAROLINA SO AS TO REGULATE THE FIL- ING OF ANNUAL REPORTS BY THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF ROCKINGHAM COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That Section nine hundred and fifty-six, as amended, of the Consolidated Statutes of North Carolina is hereby amended by adding the following proviso at the end of the section: Provided, that the Clerk of the Superior Court of Rockingham County shall make the reports required by this section to the Board of County Commissioners of Rockingham County on the first Monday in December of each year, which report shall be made as of the close of the days transactions of October thirty-first of each year.
