CHAPTER 381 AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INSTITUTION FOR THE CARE OF DELINQUENT NEGRO GIRLS IN NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The General Assembly does hereby provide an appropriation of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00), which shail be used for maintenance for the biennium ending June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
