CHAPTER 380 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER THREE HUNDRED AND FORTY-THREE, PRIVATE LAWS OF ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND SEVEN, RELATIVE TO CHAR- TER OF TOWN OF LUMBERTON. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
