CHAPTER 4 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SIX OF THE PUBLIC LAWS OF ONE THOU- SAND NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE, AS AMENDED, BEING AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE EXTENSION OF TIME TO PAY STREET ASSESSMENTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
