CHAPTER 781 AN ACT RELATING TO WITHDRAWAL OF DEPOSITS FROM THE STATE EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the said State Employees Credit Union may, in the discretion of its board of directors, charge a fee for each such draft honored, but in no case shall such fee exceed ten cents (10) per draft.
