CHAPTER 786 AN ACT TO VALIDATE THE REINDEXING OF RECORDS OF REAL ESTATE CONVEYANCES AND JUDGMENTS IN NORTHAMPTON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the Clerk of the Superior Court of Northampton County, and his successors in office, shall keep the old index and cross index volumes of judgments on file in his office for the reference of such persons as may desire to use them.
