CHAPTER 787 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER FIFTY-TWO OF THE PUBLIC LAWS OF ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-FIVE, AS AMENDED, THE SAME BEING THE UNIFORM DRIVERS LICENSE ACT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this Act shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its ratification. Ratified this the 10th day of March, 1943
