CHAPTER 4 AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER FORTY-NINE OF THE ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FORTY-THREE SESSION LAWS, RELATIVE TO THE METHOD OF NOMINATING CANDIDATES FOR THE BOARD OF AL- DERMEN OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That all laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
