CHAPTER 460 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE CREATION OF VETER- ANS RECREATION AUTHORITIES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Exemption from the Local Government Act, and from the County Fiscal Control Act. The authority shall be exempt from the operation and provisions of Chapter sixty of the Public Laws of North Carolina of one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, known as the Local Government Act, and the amendments thereto, and from Chapter one hundred and forty-six of the Public Laws of North Carolina of one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, known as the County Fiscal Control Act? and the amendments thereto.
