CHAPTER 1098 AN ACT TO FURTHER DEFINE THE POWERS AND AU- THORITY OF THE STATE BOARD OF ALCOHOLIC CONTROL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after April 30th, 1947 In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 5th day of April, 1947
