CHAPTER 990 Alpe a ee) er ee - AN ACT TO PERMIT THE HUNTING OF BEARS IN MARTIN COUNTY UNDER SPECIFIED CONDITIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Any bears taken under the provisions of Section 1 of this Act shall belong to the taker, but the taker shall notify the county game protector of the taking.
