CHAPTER 1 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 315 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1911, AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 222 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1953, RELATING TO THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF THE TOWN OF CARRBORO. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 4 of Chapter 315 of the Private Laws of 1911, as amended by Section 2 of Chapter 222 of the Session Laws of 1953, is hereby further amended by striking therefrom in the first line of the amended Section 4, the word Monday and inserting in lieu thereof, the word Tuesday.
