CHAPTER 1136 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 28-173 RELATING TO THE APPLICA- TION OF AMOUNTS RECOVERED IN ACTIONS FOR WRONG- FUL DEATH. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 18th day of June, 1959 H. B. 1024
