CHAPTER 1337 AN ACT TO INCREASE THE SALARY OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF WAKE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The salary of the Clerk of Superior Court of Wake County shall be ten thousand two hundred dollars ($10,200.00) per year, payable in equal monthly installments, in full for his services as such officer.
