CHAPTER 1133 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HARNETT COUNTY TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE HAR- NETT COUNTY LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY COOPERATIVE, INCORPORATED, TO BE USED AS A LOAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATIONAL PROMOTION CONCERNING LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
All or any funds loaned under this Act shall be repaid to the County of Harnett within a period of not more than ten years after the said appropriation, and said loan shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent -6% per annum.
