CHAPTER 114 AN ACT TO REQUIRE THE SHERIFF OF HAYWOOD COUNTY TO COLLECT CERTAIN FEES IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES AND PAY SAME TO THE AUDITOR OF HAYWOOD COUNTY FOR DEPOSIT IN THE GENERAL FUND OF HAYWOOD COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The fees and charges above set forth, as well as all other fees and charges which the Sheriff of Haywood County is required to collect in the performance of his duties, shall be paid over to the Auditor of Haywood County and by him deposited in the general fund of Haywood County.
