CHAPTER 104 AN ACT TO REVISE AND CONSOLIDATE THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF SALEMBURG, NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The following Acts, having served the purpose for which enacted, or having been consolidated into this Act, are hereby repealed: (a) Chapter 129 of the Private Laws of 1905; (b) Chapter 67 of the Private Laws of 1921; (c) Chapter 46 of the Public-Local Laws of 1937; (d) Chapter 172 of the Session Laws of 1953; (e) Chapter 1277 of the Session Laws of 1957; (f) Chapter 1282 of the Session Laws of 1957
