CHAPTER 119 AN ACT RELATING TO THE ADMINISTRATION OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, DEVISES AND BEQUESTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall become effective October 1, 1967 In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 30th day of March, 1967 H. B. 2382
