CHAPTER 1270 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1063 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1967 BY ADDING A NEW SECTION THERETO TO BE NUMBERED THREE AND ONE-HALF AND TO VEST CERTAIN AUTHORITY IN THE STATE BOARD OF ELECTIONS CONCERNING NUMBERED SEATS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 6th day of July, 1967 1906 H. B. 1335
