CHAPTER 135 AN ACT REGULATING THE FEES OF JUSTICES OF THE PEACE IN HENDERSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 2 of Chapter 277, Session Laws of 1951, is hereby amended by deleting the words and figures four dollars ($4.00), in line 3, and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures eight dollars ($8.00). Section 2 is further amended by rewriting the third unnumbered paragraph thereof, to read as follows: There shall be assessed as costs, payable to the Justice of the Peace, the sum of eight dollars ($8.00) in all claim and delivery cases, and the sum of eight dollars ($8.00) in attachment cases.
