CHAPTER 143 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE AUDITOR OF PENDER COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
On the first Monday in December, 1968, and every two years thereafter, there shall be appointed by the County Commissioners of Pender County a County Auditor who shall hold his office for a term of two years or until his successor is appointed and qualified.
