CHAPTER 165 AN ACT TO AMEND G. 8. 15-53 TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF THE REWARD WHICH MAY BE OFFERED THEREUNDER, AND TO ADD A NEW SECTION PROVIDING FOR A REWARD FOR IN- FORMATION LEADING TO ARREST AND CONVICTION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be effective on and after the date of its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 11th day of April, 1967 H. B. 139
