CHAPTER 192 AN ACT TO MAKE CHAPTER 152A OF THE GENERAL STATUTES, PROVIDING FOR A COUNTY MEDICAL EXAMINER, APPLICABLE TO CALDWELL COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. S. 152A-12 is hereby amended by inserting Caldwell County in the list of counties to which Chapter 152A of the General Statutes applies, so that the said Chapter becomes applicable to Caldwell County.
