CHAPTER 204 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE TOWN OF WEST JEFFERSON TO CONVEY CERTAIN LANDS AT PRIVATE SALE TO THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The conveyance from the Town of West Jefferson to the State shall be upon the condition that the property be used for State park purposes in connection with the Mount Jefferson State Park and that if the same ever ceases to be so used it will automatically revert to the Town of West Jefferson.
