CHAPTER 219 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 153-9(48), RELATING TO TAX LEVIES FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES, SO AS TO MAKE IT APPLICABLE TO DUPLIN COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 153-9(43), as the same appears in the 1964 Replacement Volume 3C of the General Statutes of North Carolina is amended by inserting after the comma, following the word Currituck, and before the word Edgecombe, in line 23 of said Section, the word Duplin.
