CHAPTER 229 AN ACT TO PREVENT THE TAKING OF DEER ON BLACK RIVER WITH THE AID OF BOATS IN PENDER COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned for not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days, or both fine and imprisonment.
