CHAPTER 24 AN ACT TO CORRECT CERTAIN ERRORS IN THE GENERAL STATUTES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 126-5(b), as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to Volume 3B of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out the phrase beginning in the fifteenth line thereof and reading, officials or employees whose salaries are fixed by the Governor, or by 62 the Governor and the Council of State, or by the Governor subject to the approval of the Council of State or the Advisory Budget Commission;.
