CHAPTER 273 AN ACT TO CREATE THE EXECUTIVE MANSION FINE ARTS COMMISSION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall not be construed as divesting the Department of Administration of any powers, duties and authority relating to the budget or the operation and maintenance of the Executive Mansion.
