CHAPTER 303 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 504, SESSION LAWS OF 1965, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE TOWN OF MURFREESBORO TO DESIGNATE AND PROTECT HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND DISTRICTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 3 of Chapter 504, Session Laws of 1965, as the same was rewritten by Chapter 174, Session Laws of 1967, is further amended by inserting in the first sentence thereof, immediately after the words Chowan County, the following words: and the Town of Murfreesboro in Hertford County.
