CHAPTER 311 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ROCKINGHAM COUNTY TO TRANSFER TO THE GENERAL FUND A CERTAIN UNUSED BALANCE IN THE DEBT SERVICE FUND. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Board of County Commissioners of Rockingham County is hereby authorized, in its discretion, by resolution to transfer to the general county fund the present unused balance of approximately twelve thousand twenty-nine dollars and sixty cents ($12,029.60) in the county debt service fund.
