CHAPTER 316 AN ACT INCREASING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE AVERY COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FROM THREE TO FIVE AND PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ADDITIONAL MEMBERS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
To the Board of County Commissioners of said county, now composed of three members, there is hereby appointed Dr. Lawson Tate, whose term shall expire on the first Monday in December 1970, and W. B. Wilkins, whose term shall expire on the first Monday in December 1968
