CHAPTER 343 AN ACT TO ASSURE ADEQUATE AND CONTINUING AMBULANCE SERVICES TO THE CITIZENS OF NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The powers herein granted to counties and municipalities are in addition to and not in substitution of existing powers granted by general laws or local acts. Sec. 74%. If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions or application of this Act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this Act are declared to be severable. 372
