CHAPTER 355 AN ACT AMENDING G. S. 14-129 (RELATING TO THE TAKING OF CERTAIN WILD PLANTS FROM THE LAND OF ANOTHER) AS THE SAME APPLIES TO AVERY, MITCHELL AND WATAUGA COUNTIES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 14-129 is further amended by striking from lines 10 and 11 thereof the words and figures ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) and substituting in lieu thereof the words and figures fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
