CHAPTER 370 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF MONROE TO FURNISH AMBULANCE SERVICES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Any contract which the City of Monroe has entered into with the County of Union relative to the furnishing of rescue-ambulance services in the City of Monroe and the County of Union is hereby in all respects validated, ratified and confirmed.
