CHAPTER 407 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE SALARIES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND OF THE MAYOR OF THE TOWN OF MOUNT GILEAD. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Mayor and the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Mount Gilead shall receive for their services the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for each meeting of the Board of Commissioners which they 420 attend, but not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) per year, and shall receive no other compensation from the town.
